Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping

Note: We are in Chinese size, which is the same as the European size. Due to inconsistent shoe sizes among each manufacturer, please choose the size based on the foot length. If the feet are relatively wide, it is recommended to increase them by one size.
